The clinic's CNPJ is checked with Receita Federal. Specialty board status is confirmed where it applies. You see the professional's name, registration number and specialty on your quote, and you can repeat every check yourself: here is how.
A flat coordination fee, shown in writing before you pay anything. It covers matching, quote review, booking, recovery lodging, airport pickup and your on-the-ground coordinator. The clinic's medical fee is paid to the clinic directly. We take no percentage of medical fees.
Your written quote states the clinic's follow-up window and revision policy. We coordinate communication with the clinic during that window and help you find a US physician or dentist for in-person checks. Care in the United States is at your expense unless your quote says otherwise.
